1. How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight and will vary from item to item. U.S. shipping costs for your order can be viewed by clicking the "View Shipping" button on the shopping cart page before you checkout.
Customers from outside the U.S. may eMail us for shipping quotes. International customers will also be responsible for any customs fees their country may charge at the time of delivery, as it is not possible for us to know the customs charges for each country.
2. What shipping method(s) do you use?
Puppycoat Junction and our partner companies try to use the least expensive method for shipping. Smaller packages within the U.S. are *usually* sent by UPS or Priority Mail, while the larger items may be UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Please be sure the address you provide will allow for these shipping methods.
3. How long before you send my order?
You can expect to receive in-stock items within 7-14 days. Custom items, oversized items, and items that ship from manufacturer's shipping facilities may take 2-3 weeks. During the holiday season there may be further shipping delays. If you need your order by a specific date, please Contact us and we will see if we can help. *Your order may arrive in separate packages*.
A Note on Non-Deliverable, Unclaimed or Refused Orders:
Be sure your shipping information is correct, and that your address can accept the delivery methods listed above. If your order is non-deliverable, unclaimed, or refused due to customer absence, negligence, or failure to provide correct shipping information, we will make every attempt to contact you by eMail or phone to remedy the situation. If we receive no response, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee along with any other charges incurred by the delivery company. If you request re-shipment of the items, you will be responsible for any additional re-shipping charges.
Packages that are obviously damaged *should be refused at the time of receipt*
PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ORDER PLACEMENT. AFTER 45 DAYS WE ASSUME THE PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED AND IS SATISFACTORY, THUS WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGE NOTIFICATIONS AFTER THAT TIME.
