The Cozy Cave dog bed features a "blanket" of fabric over the top which is perfect for dogs who like to burrow in and snuggle! The interior (sleeping area) has luxurious soft faux lambskin material while the exterior is made of durable poly/cotton fabric that is wrinkle-resistant and will not shrink.
The outer cover is zippered and machine washable. A separate zippered inner liner holds spring-wound polyester filling mixed with cedar bits to help control odors and repel insects. Made in the U.S.A. Available in red, holly, khaki, plum, navy, medium blue, royal blue, olive, and blackbourne plaid.

When you receive your Cozy Cave, it may seem smaller than what you ordered, too tall or too "wobbly". This is because they come overstuffed from the manufacturer's, allowing you to simply unzip the inside liner and remove some of the filling to adjust the bed to your pet's liking.

Before purchasing a Cozy Cave, measure your dog when he is laying in his usual sleeping postion, from his nose or front legs to his rump or back legs (depending on sleeping position). Then add an additional 6" to 10" to the measurement to determine the correct size. Remember that round bed measurements are in diameter (width across the circle). These beds do "draw up" a bit once they're filled, and you want to be sure your dog will have plenty of room to move around and get comfortable. When in doubt, always select a larger bed.
