Sizing Questions:
1. Why don't you just list sizes by breed or weight?
Estimating measurements this way is often too inaccurate to ensure good fittings. For example, a 10-pound Pug pup would have much larger neck measurement than a 10-pound Chihuahua. And while there are similarities in sizes for dogs of a same breed, there are still too many variations to ensure a great fit. For this reason, we ask that you use your own dog's measurements when choosing clothing and accessories.
2. My dog wears a size Medium when I buy clothes at the pet store. Can't I just order a Medium in your clothes too?
No. Most pet clothing producers have their own sizing standards, which all differ, so always know your pet's measurements and compare them to the ones listed on the item's page.
3. So how do I figure out my dog's size then?
Please visit our Sizing page for instructions on measuring your pet. Write down your dog's measurements and compare them with the ones given on each product's page. Remember, if your dog has very thick fur, or fits into two size catagories, it is best to order larger size. If you would like help selecting the correct size, simply contact us and we will be happy to help you.

General Questions:
8. Isn't it silly to dress a dog?
We don't think so, and there are many cases where clothing is neccessary. Lots of dogs, especially smaller breeds, require clothing of some kind for warmth. Clothes can protect them from sun, wind, and rain as well. Anyone who has an un-spayed female dog knows it is necessary to have a diaper of some sort at times, and how frustrating it is trying to cut a store-bought
baby diaper to fit a dog. We have also encountered *many* dogs of all sizes that absolutely love being "dressed up", perhaps for the extra attention it gains them? We feel that as
long as the clothing is made to provide comfort of some sort, there's nothing silly about it.
9. Is it safe to put this stuff on my dog?
In general, yes. However, you should think of dressing your dog as if you were dressing a baby
and take adequate precautions. Just like any other small item that your dog may find laying around the house or tear off of one of its toys, if a bow or other decor is torn from its clothing it may pose a choking hazard. And, if a dog is left unattended while wearing anything (including collars), there is always a chance they could get caught on something and
not be able to get loose, perhaps harming themselves.
For these reasons we suggest that you NEVER leave a pet caged or otherwise unattended when wearing clothing, accessories, or collars. But because unforeseen events can always happen, and we can not monitor every owner's actions, we will not accept responsibility in the unlikely event that any damage should occur while wearing any of our items.
